Extrusion is highly technical and requires precision for profiles that meet your demands. How do we insure quality and consistency? First, our production machinery utilizes both single-screw and twin-screw extruders. With smaller profiles, we usually use the single-screw extruder. The twin-screw extruder is used when we have to process large amounts of material in a short time.
We are attentive to Customer’s requirements by providing various types of paints and plastics that are combined in a profile. These may be combinations of different colors, of hard and soft materials, and transparent and opaque materials. This creates unique profiles.
That is why we have the multi-extrusion processes to produce such exceptional profiles. These production processes include mono, co- and tri-extrusion.
The machining of the profile
Professional profile production does not stop during extrusion. Only the subsequent processing makes the profile suitable for the end product.
In the second step, we edit the profile according to your specifications. Typical manufacturing steps are: drilling, milling, cutting, gluing, polishing, stamping, punching, turning, sawing and more. Which processing method is applicable depends on your requirements for the finished profile.
